I do everything right. Salads, walking every morning, no soda. Nothing moved for 3 years. Started the baking soda thing 5 weeks ago and I'm down 11 pounds. I honestly didn't believe it.

Same here Linda, the scale finally started moving after being stuck at 187 forever.

The scale would not move. Not one pound. My doctor kept saying "just eat less" like I wasn't already. Week 3 on this and I'm down 6. First time in years.

I was on Ozempic for 8 months, lost 20, stopped because of the nausea and gained it all back plus more. This actually helped me and I'm not spending $900 a month.

Patty this is exactly my story. The rebound after stopping was worse than before.

The 2am fridge trips are gone. I used to wake up starving and eat half a sleeve of crackers. Haven't done that in 3 weeks. That alone was worth it.

I'm 54 and I would eat even when I wasn't hungry, just out of habit. Now I actually forget about food until lunch. Weird but I'll take it.

Been on every diet since my 40s. Lose 10, gain 15. This is the first thing that didn't feel like a diet. 30 seconds in the morning, that's it.

How much baking soda are you using? The video says a teaspoon right?

Yes one level teaspoon, and warm water, not cold. Watch the whole video she explains why.

Sugar cravings at night were my downfall. Cookies, ice cream, every single night. Second week they just kind of faded. My husband noticed before I did.

Skeptical but it cost me nothing to try. 5 weeks, 9 pounds, and my belly bloat in the morning is gone. Watch the video before it gets taken down again.
